WorldWide – Terms and Conditions of Trade
These Terms of Trade apply to all products and services supplied by Worldwide Online Printing Pty Ltd (Worldwide) stickers.worldwide.com.au.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Worldwide.
- Once an order is placed and payment is received, it will be processed for production.
- Any variations or changes requested after an order has been submitted may incur additional charges.
2. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.
3. Production and delivery
- We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection or delivery.
- Freight and courier charges are payable by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
- Risk passes to you once goods are collected or delivered.
- Due to production tolerances, quantities supplied may vary by up to ±10% of the ordered amount.
4. Artwork and proofs
- You are responsible for checking all proofs carefully before approving them.
- Worldwide is not liable for errors that appear in artwork or proofs approved by you.
- Additional charges may apply for alterations, poor-quality supplied artwork, or urgent work.
5. Returns and claims
- You may reject goods only if they do not match your approved artwork or specifications.
- Any issues or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- As items are custom made, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
- Our liability is limited to reprinting, replacing, or refunding the affected goods.
6. Intellectual property
- All design files, artwork, and related materials created by Worldwide remain our property unless agreed otherwise.
- You warrant that you own or have permission to use any supplied artwork and indemnify Worldwide against any copyright claims.
7. Liability
- Except as required by law, Worldwide is not liable for any loss of profit, business, or other indirect damages.
- Our responsibility is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding their value.
- We are not liable for delays or issues beyond our control (e.g. supplier shortages, natural disasters, transport delays).
8. General
- All goods and services are supplied in accordance with Australian law.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the supplying Worldwide Centre operates.
